4th CIAPSE Congress on the topic Physical Education and Physical Activity in Childhood

we are very happy to inform you that the 4^th CIAPSE Congress on the topic Physical Education and Physical Activity in Childhood: Current Challenges and Perspectives will take place from September 7^th-9^th 2022 in Luxembourg, hosted by the University of Luxembourg at the Campus Belval in the South of Luxembourg.

Sub-themes of the congress will be the following:

• The Promotion of Physical Activity and Play in Children
• Physical Literacy in Children
• Physical Education in Early Childhood and Primary Education
• Physical Education Teacher Education in Early Childhood and Primary Education
• Physical Activity in Active School Settings
• Physical Activity for Health Promotion and Active Community in a Sustainable and Healthy World
• Intercultural Learning, Diversity and Inclusion in Physical Education and Physical Activity
• Ethical Aspects of Physical Education and Physical Activity
• Physical Education, Physical Activity and New Technologies

The following are some first important key dates:

• Launch of the CIAPSE 2022 website and opening of the registration: April 1^st 2022
• Start abstract submission: April 1^st 2022
• Deadline for submission until May 16^th 2022
• Notification of acceptance: after 15^th June 2022
• Early Bird registration: until 30^th June 2022

Please note that on September 6^th will take place a pre-congress seminar. More information about this will follow soon.
