EUPEA has the pleasure of inviting You to the 35th EUPEA Forum in Belgrade (Serbia) that will be organised from Thursday, November 07th to Sunday, November 10th 2024.
We are delighted to inform you that the Faculty of Sport Belgrade will be covering all other expenses for the Forum except your travel costs. Therefore, we suggest to book your travel arrangements in advance.
Covered expenses include lunch (buffet at the hotel), conference room, technical equipment, coffee breaks, refreshments, and two gala dinners, which include all types of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. A city tour with a guide will also be completely free for all interested guests.
Accommodation Hotel reservations can be made via the preferential rate on the EUPEA 2024 link.
The price is valid only for EUPEA members until October 1, 2024.
The price includes breakfast, free Wi-Fi, access to the fitness, pool and SPA center.
City Tax is not Included in the rate. An additional 1.50 EUR per guest per night will apply.
Transfer
Once we receive the arrivals and departures details of all guests traveling by plane, we will provide precise information about the transfer. Therefore, we kindly ask you to arrange your ticket reservations in advance by submitting the Google form for registrations
